The Impact of Modern Crisis Management Strategies on Crisis Management Planning

The research aims to identify modern strategies for crisis management, and their impact on planning where the was applied employees in directorates of university presidency its offices, totaling (75) employees. researcher used descriptive approach, a questionnaire consisting (28) items prepared. It included two approaches (modern management planning). A distributed electronically sample (60) employees, which determined from Krejci Morgan table. found that there is statistically significant effect crisis, at level significance 5%, most were strategy Crisis Fragmentation, followed by Changing Path strategy, then Containing Crisis, Exhausting, Work Teams, Mobilization Reserve last phase. concluded are no differences according variable (gender, educational qualification, respondent’s character, age), recommended need form task forces manage crises colleges with expertise, provide necessary material human support.
